Beep Baseball began in 1976 as a means of expanding and adapting America's pastime to those who are blind or visually impaired. This year the NBBA is bringing the World Series of Beep baseball to Rochester! The 2015 World Series is presented by David & Ilene Flaum with the University of Rochester Flaum Eye Institute. The Monroe County Sports Commission and The Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (ABVI) are hosting the event that is being held at the Grace and Truth Sports Park. The World Series is expected to attract more than 20 teams from around the world to compete in the weeklong championship.
